British WWII Windproof
Hi all,
Have posted photos of this windproof before.
It apparently has been modified with a US zipper.

Windproof
Hey Gulf91
Have no idea how the US zipper ended up on this windproof.
I acquired it in the early 80s. It came to me from Spain, of all places, as is.
The strange thing is that it appears to be in unissued condition, as do the trousers that came with it.
Crazy that it was modified, but never used ( but I am not complaining ).

Camouflaged Trousers
Are you sure the Trousers are modified fropm the Windproofs? There was a set of British camouflaged clothing from 1945 that looked like BD but was manufactured from the same material as the Windproofs. I am speculating that you may have the Trousers to this set.

Hello Ed,I wouldnt think so as the work has been done somewhat crudely by hand.
