Origin of Patch types?

Hi I have a question regarding the origin of some patches. For Christmas I'm putting together a collection of 45th infantry patches for a friend and have just about every type.

I'm putting the years they were used and what wars they were used in but I've run into a bit of a grey area that hopefully someone can help me out with.

My questions are:

When was woodland subdued and desert subdued phased out for ACU?
When was Desert subdued patches issued and were they used in Gulf War I?
And when did Multicam subdued patches begin to be used?

Woodland sundued patches authorized to be worn from 1970 to 2007 on the BDU
Desert subdued patches authorized to be worn from 1998 to 2007 on the DCU
ACU Patches authorized to be worn from 2005 to present on the ACU
Multicam approved in late 2010 for units deployed to Afghanistan
