    Hi All

    Here is a set of aussie made DCU goretex rain gear, this was made in 1999 when it was realised Australia had no wet weather desert gear. Approximately 150 sets were produced and these were issued to SASR in 2001 when they were deployed to Afghanistan in the opening stages of OEF. There were so few sets available that when the initial squadron rotated out they handed them over to the next squadron for use.

    Our Guys just used US issue stuff in Gen 1 woodland and DCU you would think you Aussies would have too i like the cut above though very cool.
