Hi,
the Danish patch (top row, middle) is the old "DANMARK" flash and shield worn by soldiers serving abroad. I think it was used until late 1990ies, when all Danish uniforms were fitted with a Danish flag on the shoulder. Before that the flash and the shield were sewn on when somebody went abroad.
I would guess the tow row patches have been made for some UN mission - but that is just a guess.
