Would think so as the BCH werent introduced until after the Falklands but also believe they were popular in NI so could also be 70s??

I know that hi legs were sought after during the Falklands because of trench foot.

Yes,it was the Falklands that killed off the DMS boots as they found out how awful and inadequate it was as a boot compared to the Argentinian boots.
