hello friends.
can someone give me information about this German parka.
is different from what we all know, is longer, has no flag, no epaulets, has vertical top pockets.

You are correct that it is not Bundeswehr. It is used by private contract guards for Bundeswehr facilities. All of their items are similar to Bundeswehr, but have significant differences. I have one of these from the early 1960s and I think they continued to manufacture them until the 1980s.
