Just arrived from Afganistan

HI the above arrived from a guy who works in the Stan 18 british rat pack can openers and one Im not sure of could be US, And 2 green ISAF patches from the person( who I will not name for PERSEC) who forwarded the package to when they were back in the UK

I think those badges are not worn by many ISAF contingents.  Maybe only UK??

New Zealand has worn the same patch but in a NZ DDPM / plain khaki for our 21 rotations to Afghan.

By definition that's not the same patch   Most nations use a round patch with the same info on it, but with various different background colors/patterns.  What I as talking about this exact same size, color, and layout badge as shown above.  As far as I know the UK is the only one that uses this. And I think they only started showing up with the MTP uniform, though I'm certainly no expert in that area.

These ISAF patches were in use pre-silly cam.

I acquired a DDPM Jacket with the ISAF patches attached pre 2010.

I think that these ISAF patches were used on the old green DPM pre MTP

Thanks Mate as I said I think the patches I got from the Stan are for the old green DPM and the  top one pictured above was for the desert DPM and the paler green one above that is for MTP they all have exactly the same information just differant background colours
