Saw something very similar to this some months ago being described as "Pakistani", but I'm not very knowledgeable on Middle Eastern patterns, so I'm not sure if that guess is even correct. The jacket I saw was button-up, instead of zip.

Looks like a South Korean contract piece of some sort, metal zipper and all. Fabric looks like an all cotton, and the colours along the lines of NZ DPM...

Looks like HKAC (Hong Kong Adventure Corps)... I've seen DPM jackets like these with removable green shoulder slip-ons that had gold-colored HKAC on them.
