    Shoulder pads are artillery or Stasi, do not distinguish well.
    The medals belonging to firefighters.
    In a shirt like that, what would be a correct passer medals.

    I'd find it odd the medals would be worn on the shirt as opposed to just ribbons but I'm no expert on DDR, would think any ribboned medals would be worn on a tunic only.

    I know typically a lot of sellers "tart things up a bit" to make it more appealing to potential buyers.

    If there are many sellers who put medals for "decorating" and demand more attention to what you are trying to sell.

    Was from a Hospice shop so not sure if they would try tarting it up and was dirt cheap so couldnt resist.
