    Just arrived.

    Must say I hardly ever take much notice of labels or makers but happened to notice on this one SUPERCRAFT GARMENTS LTD 1 and checked another and saw that it was SUPERCRAFT GARMENTS LTD 2.

    Any ideas,2 factories or something?

    I would guess subcontractors for Supercrafts as a whole army needed supplying and rather sharpish. The maker Supercrafts supplied the army with tropical uniforms for some years so I'm guessing they were geared up to drip drop them into service as and when needed. The army during GW1 must have put in an order for 100's of thousands of desert garments that Supercrafts simply couldn't handle given the time scales.
