Here is a picture of a Austrian police wearing the arid pakistani pattern uniform. The smock has a ver unique and distinct look. Is made by a civilian company, im not sure if it's issued or just a personal choice of the officer in the picture.

From what I found out this camo was made a few years ago by a company called Claw-Gear. Purely commercial. It is no longer made from what I can tell as the original company was dissolved after some major problems and recreated in Austria as TMH Trading. You can see their website here:

Yup, doesn't really blend in with much!
Note that this isn't official issue. Like in the US, it seems that certain "crisis response" units have flexibility in what they wear. Just look at the variety of camo worn in that second picture. They probably buy it on their own as well.

Begadi in Germany still do clothes in that pattern. I just bought a smock and trousers.
