Mexico no doubt. The logo on the label is the General Directorate of Clothing and Equipment Factories (D.G.FA.V.E) of the Secretary of Defense responsible for manufacturing as part of Military Logistics System, clothing and equipment for the Army and Air Force .

Yes Steve current woodland uniform, replaced us style ones, there is a desert digital one too, for army and airforce marines have other ones

Ah, I thought the Army version didn't look exactly like this. I remembered the Army version being brighter colored. I checked the pics on my harddrive and it does appear to be the same, though I wouldn't be surprised about production variations in the colors. The oldest picture I have is dated April 2009, which was around the time when pics first started showing up.
