Sorry about the mixed order of the pics but for some reason now Photobucket decides to jumble up the order they were taken and too much of a ballache to correct them.

Hello
For me it is commercial
The pattern is the Iraqi lizard pattern http://vonstuckcamouflage.free.fr/iraq.php
I have a commercial jacket find in France http://vonstuckcamouflage.free.fr/various-camouflages.php ( Various unknown 05 )
And a South Korea jacket with this lizard print on the inside of a jacket http://vonstuckcamouflage.free.fr/south-corea.php (South Korea 18 )
I have never see this pattern wear on an Africa soldier

Gulf I have some reference pictures during Operation Turquoise Rwanda , where Hutu FAR soldiers wearing very similar Lizard print jackets of this pattern are handing over their weapons to 2e REP legionnaires.
It is in a Yves Debay book!

The drawing of this pattern is completely different than that used Rwanda soldier
The Rwanda soldier used a derivative of the French F2 pattern
See: https://iacmc.forumotion.com/t4159-lizard-pattern-used-by-few-francophone-african-country
http://vonstuckcamouflage.free.fr/various-camouflages.php Lizard pattern used by some Francophone African country 1a
I never observed this pattern wear by African soldier or guerrilla
