Dutch army Jungle camouflage SHORTS !!!

Never did know these were around.

The setup is differant then normal Dutch  pants.
These have a plastic adjuster as to normal pants only velcro
The velcro is much better !
The collors I know in shorts DPM and Jungle.

Shorts are not in use since 1995 .Other parts on the armed forces didn,t like the look .
Soldiers with shorts are no soldiers was the opinion.

I would not want to be the one who had to tell these guys they were not soldiers because they were wearing shorts could be bloody painful.

The problem here was the Airmobile [luchtmobiel] brigade was walking around in shorts during a painfull periode.Srebrenica.The Marines did some sh..t talking about sissys in shorts.Real soldiers like them would have handed the situ better and would never walk in shorts.Thats the short reason.

The Marines should tell that to the Legion that would be fun to watch. LOL

I have modern shorts from Belgium, Lithuania, Norway, Denmark, and several other countries. And like the Dutch shorts they are definitely not cut down long trousers.

I didn't realise Dutch camo shorts were rare. I have one in Dutch DPM ...

Generally speaking camouflage shorts are issued in much smaller numbers than normal trousers. I rarely see them available for sale. They don't tend to inspire much interest, though, so they're generally less expensive than trousers UNLESS the trousers are available in huge numbers for little money.
