Re: Leather Equipment Y Straps.
In all honesty dont know anything about them, picked them many years ago and they have only just re surfaced.
I thought to start with that one of the numbers was a WW2 German Rb Nr but more than likely a NATO Stock Number.

The Austrian ones are quite distinctive with their padded shoulder areas.

Not too familiar with Czech items I must say and wonder if the 72 is the date?
Also came across an unissued German type Czech canvas back pack with the separate webbing Y straps(gets bad when my collecting is now so bad that Im finding stuff I never knew I had)

Just this very minute found a few other Czech bits, some vinyl map case/documents case-unissued still with what looks like a paper instruction sheet inside.

Re: Leather Equipment Y Straps.
Gulf,
the date is 1951. The date is after acceptance stamp (crossed swords). Czechoslovakia army made leather straps till early 50´s. Later than canvas. I have in my collection both dated 1952.
