I believe these patches are the Landwehrstammregiment 55 (LWSR55). Prior before being known as the LWSR55, I believe they were called the Steirisches Jägerbataillon 18. Which later turned into the Jägerregiment (JgR) 10, then finally renamed the Jägerbataillon 18 (JgB 18), I assume.

In english something like national defense academy which was formed in 1967. It has nothing to do with the SMS. Viribus Unitis. Except the same name.
