buttons are on the underside of the flap. only label is large, black, and blank. has 2 vents on each side.

Thanks Martin! Same place I picked the Russian camo jacket off of a while back and he has a couple overseas caps I know are post-USSR Russian. Now I can label it and put it where it goes!
