    Pockets on the shoulder are cut smaller...I have compared a standard/old issue PCS UBAC up to the new one.. Unfortunately the the MTP blanks were removed Sad

    Does anybody know what the EP stands for?

    I believe it stands for "Enhanced protection"(open to correction) as the collar has a Tier 1 ballistic lining,similar to the issue ballistic briefs.
