    had to snap this up as the blue kit is so hard to come by. no velcro insert however, damn, just collars, brassards and the utility pouches left on the list now!

    i do find it interesting though how the label says MK4 yet its issued with the MK3, unless theres a blue MK4 cover out there somewhere....
