    I stopped at an estate sale earlier today and found this in a small room in the basement. Since then I have been trying to identify it. For awhile I thought it was French because of the color and red, white and blue ribbon in the front but then saw that the lion pins on the side are seen in Austro-Hungarian kepis so I'm at a bit of a loss. It looks pre-ww1 to me but I don't know much about these types of things. Anyone have any ideas?
