not my cup of tea personally but I thought I would share it with those who might be after pecoc kit

That went fairly cheap IMHO. But with only one bidder I guess the value has come down on these somewhat. IIRC a few years ago a butchered one might fetch the EUR 150 it sold for.

Hi Steve, I bagged it...got it at a good price. I would have had to pay double the amount I paid for it if not more if one of my contacts was selling it to me!!

Top man, thank you! I track PECOC on ebay but for some reason, international sellers don't pop up on my 'following' list so I missed it!

a rarely look for PECOC because I mainly prefer to collect issue kit apart from the one PECOC vest I purchased not knowing what it was! plus trial kit is often out of my budget! but I spotted that and instantly thought it needed a good home but not in my collection as im fast running out of room

I'm surprised it didn't go for more, but I guess (like so many other things) the peak price is behind us for a while. There's more than a few bits and bobs I got a bloody nose over a few years back that now go for considerably less even though the supply side hasn't changed. In fact, I've got a bunch of spare PECOC items that I'm sitting on because I'm a bit nervous they're not worth what I paid for them.

Steve, couldn't agree more. I have been reflecting on that same question myself as I'm heavily into PECOC and trials pieces. When I bought the vest, it's always the same, you pay a hefty price (or in this case I think the price was very fair) and you reflect...have I made the right choice and have I spent too much?! I went back to my contact who I have bought a lot of PECOC From and asked how much he would sell it for (out of interest) and he said he would have sold it for more. So, I think the prices are still there, depends on holding your nerve when selling and also that there is a buyer who wants it. I think the desert and woodland PECOC kit won't be worth as much (except UBACS, Assault vests etc) as there is so much of it about.. You can still buy desert kit from the wholesaler. In terms of the rare pieces, I think these will go for more. but this is just my opinion
