Identity of two Brassards? please TIA

Seeking the true identity of these two brassards. Can anyone give a positive id? I was told Belgian, but gut feeling says one on left may be Dutch.
I have not come across much Belgian kit made by the British so I also have doubts about the one on the right with the English manufacturer's label.

I don't know for sure, but the one on the right with the UK label could be British. I'm not at home, but the design of that one does seem consistent with my memory of confirmed Belgian examples. The Belgians did purchase things from abroad when it made sense (small runs of specialized stuff).

The material of the one on the left looks more French to me.

I have one that is quite similar to the left-hand example that was Dutch-issued. (But is not typically Dutch, so it may have been made elsewhere... The Velcro is French-looking.)
