Good info.  

One thing that is not often mentioned is that the colors of the shapes were reversed from the 1st type to the 2nd type. If I remember correctly, I have seen 4th types with 2010 contract date.

I'm not sure I ever noticed the color reversals!! Funny how that can happen.

I'm jealous of your new Crye type trousers. I purchased one, brand new with knee pads, a few years back from an Estonian I had done business with for years. The trousers never showed up and he has never responded to any communications. He was always a great guy to deal with so I'm going to presume something bad happened to him rather than think he turned into a crook.
