Determining what gear the SEALs use at any given time is difficult. Their job is to do classified missions and with that type of work, they don't take too many photos. All of the Special Operations units are given a tremendous amount of leeway when choosing their equipment.
To make matters worse, many of the photos you found out there of "SEALs" are just air-softers prancing around in their gear. Real photos of SEALs can be difficult to find.
