New RNZAF trial uniform

New trial uniform at work, sorry for the crap pics and the rotation, can't really be bothered!  Was originally meant to be worn with roundel on left arm, now with the kiwi patch.  Unit patch goes on square velcro on right arm.  Bottom of the trousers has velcro like MCU.  Rank slides go on shoulder ( ), which were in all wisdom was decided to be held on by velcro...

Interesting! Is this for flight crew, ground personnel, or both? Under what conditions is this worn instead of the standard camouflage uniform?

So no MCU for Air Force then?. A while back at a meeting about MCU there was talk from Work Wear Group and Soldier Systems that the Air Force wanted MCU but cut in the last of the DPM style, so less pockets and Velcro. It has a similar look as the Navy working fatigues.

What are the Air Security going to do for Cam?

For ground crew. Not sure if that's all trades, medics, firies, and I think FP/PTI's (air security) have it for the trial. DPM is no longer used. MCU is on deployment only as far as I know, this is our day to day wear, replacing DPM. It's a very light material.
