As far as I know, you have yourself a very rare variant. This is a M90 with BDU style pockets instead of the exposed button pleated type. On top of that, it's got 4 on the front and 1 on the upper arm instead of 2 chest and 2 forearms. I've not seen too many of these. The matching trousers are going to be very hard to find as they are also of a different style.
I don't think I've heard an explanation for this uniform. Could be it was for a non-military use, such as police or something.

This is the latest type made in late '90s, it was issued also in Kosovo and in Iraq. It's military issue.

I'd like to share more ref pics but unfortunately those I have are currently storaged in my old pc, so I only have these at the moment. They show very well such Bdu type though.
If someone might be interested in it, I do have one jacket available for trade (I do have pants too, but they not in very good condition).
ps: here first picture in bigger size: https://2img.net/h/i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m497/crnastrela/rom4_zpscq4jqcyy.jpg~original

I am a little confused about designations. This is a good time to get more information! Here are the uniforms that I know of...
Standard Uniforms
M90 Summer Leaf (pleated chest and arm pockets)
M90 Winter Fleck (long horizontal chest pockets with exposed buttons)
M93 Summer Fleck (fllat style arm and chest pockets)
M93 Winter Fleck (long horizontal chest pockets with hidden buttons)
Hybrid Uniforms
M90 Summer in Leaf Fleck instead of Leaf
M90 Winter in Leaf camo instead of Fleck
M90 Summer Leaf with sewn in winter lining
M93 Summer Fleck with sewn in winter lining (I have seen this referred to as M94)
M93 Summer Leaf with two lower pockets (normal M93 has no longer pockets)
US BDU copy in Leaf
