Strange ,,winter uniform,, in Romanian M1990 pattern

Found this strange teddy-fur lined winter uniform in the M1990 pattern.
First I thought someone modified a normal M1990 winter jacket with adding a fixed fur liner and shortening the jacket to a blouson length.
But than I saw it had tags in german! Looks like it was made out of M1990 fabric for commercial purpose hunting etc. by a german company- maybe Sturm/Miltec???
I'm pretty sure it was nothing that was issued in the Romanian military,

Interesting set! Yeah, looks like someone bought up surplus cloth and made some "hunting" clothes from it. If it was STURM/Miltec it would likely have very obvious labels.

Who knows which company made this stuff.... We will probably never know but I certainly know that
Sturm/Miltec didnt always mark their stuff with labels.
