I'm going to go out on a limb and say the stamps look French, but darned if I know what it is.

Was told it was a mountain troops jacket. French

Italian..
Maybe not Italian issue, but definitely Italian made.
The round marking that I can make out reads "Centro Confezioni ..... illegible...Di Milano "..
If someone can make out the ( illegible to me ) letters after Confezioni and before Di Milano,
I can translate .
55 perhaps the year of manufacture ; Don't think it's the size.. Italian sizes are usually even numbered.
Have never seen one of these..

I can't make out all of the stamp but from the missing word appears to begin Mo... My guesstimate translation is Clothing Production Centre No. 3, Milan.
