Belt for Civilforsvaret. Civilian Befense. In the US they would be FEMA.
Originally, when the CF was created after WWII, building on the CB Civile Beredskab. they were supplied with large amount of old danish army stuff, tons of german steel helmets and just about any other obsolete piece of equipment available.
The belts used were old danish army belts, dating as far back as the 1880-ies. I have a couple here somewhere. Many with the little brass button to secure the bayonet still present.
When, after the Cuba crisis in 1962, the CF was wastly expanded, they bought many more belts. Like the one shown here.
So, most likely from 1962-1970. And simply a belt for a man at the CF.
