It might just seem like it, but are the bottom pockets slightly differently colored than the rest?

It's dated 1990 . Looks like the pockets were added from another shirt

Neverever seen one like this,you can probely see at the inner of the jacket the differance in the stiching.
But there are some differant types off jackets and pants floating around.
Did see some strange jungle jackets once.
