1) badge on left arm is Garrison in Trieste.
2) Metal badge is Guastatore sort of EOD.
3) Rank looks like a corporal.

Good info, I was stumped by the garrison in Trieste patch.
Guastatore is more like combat engineer/EOD ..The term litterarly means spoiler/waster..
The jacket, BTW, is a general issue piece, not a jump jacket; it does loooks great badged ..
