The emblem of the Special Operations Forces in the form of a wolf, girded with a gold belt was approved by the the presidential decree number 11 of January 17, 2019.

"The emblem of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the image of a walking wolf of silver color girded with a gold belt, applied to a wreath of bay leaves of silver color," the document says.

In the center of the lower part of the wreath there is a silver two-prong, a sign of the Prince of Kievan Rus, Svyatoslav the Brave. Under the lower part of the wreath there is a semicircle of golden ribbon with the motto of Prince Svyatoslav "I go to you" (i.e. "I go to defeat you").
Also the flag and standard for special operations forces were approved .

The Anti-Terror Operation framework is being replaced with an Operation of the Joint Forces.
But the need to fight animal epidemics in the zone of combat skirmishes is still urgent.

The Working Group of the Food Safety and Veterinary Medicine Administration conducted a series of activities in the area of environmental protection after identifying cases of rabies.
