Hi all,
I found a field shirt and pants in the barracks from which the labels have been cut. However on the buttons it states ¨Egypt¨. After a little internet digging I discovered its the Republican Guard who wears this. It makes sense, as where I stayed is where foreign troops are trained in peace keeping missions.
The shirt is the typical US cut, however the material is ripstop and feels much thicker than their US counterpart:
The pic showing the US M81 camo next to it goes to show how it is lighter and has more black lines.
I have no real interest in kit from this region, however if anyone would feel a wave of dopamine owning this do let me know.
