NVA Flag Question

I picked this up at this weekend's militaria show in Nashville TN.  I took it to several fellow collectors for a look over, and was told that it looked good.

However, I was subsequently informed by someone online that this was counterfeit.  I'd appreciate a few opinions here.

Hi. When I travelled to Vietnam I purchased several flags that were single piece & purchased others from a tailor shop in Hoi An made from two pieces of fabric. They look good on the wall.
