I just won this flag flag off of Ebay. It is a multi-piece flag that has been sewn together. The flag itself is from the 1975-1983 time period in Mozambique. It is a large flag (45"x72") and was probably a garrison flag or a government flag. Has a nylon rope that runs through it and part of it appears to have been cut by a knife at one point in time. Flag is very used and has some wear on the edges. I love the AK that is sewn to the middle!

Re: Flag from Mozambique
Nice flag Arch. I need to take a camera out, and get pics of the street signs here. They are all still linked to the big wig Commies from the day... Kim Il Sung, Moa Tse Tung, Lenin, Stalin, etc..

Re: Flag from Mozambique
Albano, I will be long gone by the time you get back here. Too bad, as we could link up for a beer.
Arch, I will try to get pics of the street signs, as well as the house I mentioned in your other thread. My camera is kaput, so I am reduced to using my iphone camera, or borrowing my buddies camera.
