    Footnote/question regarding the Aliens camo...

I watched a docu. on it years ago. They said that Cameron had it printed himself. Is that not true?

Jeez, those guys on that forum are just pure nerds!!

Fuzzing over minute details, exchanging pure in-the-know banter and sharing a weirdly deep, common love for something so fringy and narrow!

Glad that is NEVER the case on our fine forum! Very Happy

Nerds RULE! And the Alien movie aesthetics are unsurpassed IMHO!

I might be able to help on the Children of Men camo, I have a set I'm willing to sell & I may be able to track a couple more sets down. I know a few of the guys who were responsible for supplying the wardrobe department with props, kit & advice. IIRC only 150 sets were made of the camo uniform (we like to call it COMPAT!) - 50 of each in small, medium & large - after the shoot was finished one of the suppliers got first dibs on a shipping container full of all the props, set dressing etc. There was some really strange stuff in there. - a couple of rubber babies, some rubber overshoes to look like feet for clive owen to wear, propaganda posters, and of course the COMpat uniforms, helmets etc. When I have a chance to dig it out & get some photos I'll post a thread in the movies section of the few interesting bits & bobs I have acquired.
