Seller told me this vest was used by an SF solider who dirve the Land rover , but i don't know the manufactor cause he painted his name and marking . i found this vest quite good design for diver infact. prehaps it was custom made .

That is just a Australian tactical symbol - usually stencilled on trunks and duffel bags. Never seen one stencilled onto a vest before ..

so can it means to this vest was ADF issued ?
