Not sure if they are IOTV, have what may be a 2XL and 3XL size with soft Armor and Woodland molle Carriers, they look new out of bag. Could throw in used Groin and Collar.
The 2XL and 3XL sizes were custom made and supposedly rare.

Don't know if either of you still need this since this is a year old but I have an IOTV cut soft armor available but it's a size large. Let me know if that will work. Well used.
