I don't think that bottom one is Lithuanian military issue. Also, the shoulder patch is Iraq unit but not sure if it's a legit patch as most iraqi army insignia is cut edge patches not merrowed edge.

It doesn't carry the size labeling that the lith digital stuff has.

BTW, so far the only insignia I've seen on these is "36" like these. Probably 36th Battalion. This was very early issue (2004ish) and I think it was a one time batch, hence its rarity.

Interesting pic Mercenary25. Do you have any background information on it? Looks like a different unit than the 36th. Odd to see them using M4 rifles.

They are Iraqi Special Forces. But no other information about this specific unit. If you do search on militaryphotos.net, they have thread of Iraqi military. Some of them are Special Forces in this camo uniforms. They also used M4s. This picture I posted, was found on google.

    Thanks!

Yeah, I've started to see pics of Iraqis with M16s as well as M4s. Guess I hadn't been paying attention.

BTW, I also saw a couple of Iraqis still wearing the Lithuanian kit in Mosul as of just a few days ago. It was news vid stuff with the guys only coming in and out of frame at a distance, so I didn't get to see unit badging on them. The rest of the guys were in 6 Color Desert and a strange offshoot of Woodland (worn by the Iraqi General in control of Mosul) so they were in the minority. Obviously no way to tell if the uniforms were old stock or if Lithuania is still providing uniforms.

Unfortunately hat and jacket only, no trousers. Damned stuff hasn't really turned up like I had hoped. Probably a single run of uniforms and now they've moved onto one of the digital patterns.

Yeah, that's a pretty standard under-armor shirt design. Soft, breathable cotton under the body armor, camo arms with pockets on the sleeves. Usually there is more body armor so that the non-camo part isn't seen. That and the camo usually extends to the torso and shoulders a bit.

    Here's the current ACU version:

No prob. It's great to know that this pattern is still in production, because I really like it!

I know Brits, Canadians, and Germans also have under armor tops. Not sure about anybody else. The arms also are sometimes made out of flame resistant cloth.

Nearly impossible, unfortunately. While the digital, woodland, and 6 color desert come up fairly frequently I've only run across a few of these items over the past 4 or 5 years that it's been issued. I was lucky, I think, because I got my two pieces very early on before pics were widely circulated. I think now I would face a lot more competition than I did back then.

Not that I've ever had anything good to say about you in the past, but it's official now... you have risen to the top of my "Envy List"! I've never seen a set of the trousers for sale at ANY Price, not to mention a brand new set for $35 delivered. BAH!

What you have appears to be more recent manufacture than some of the stuff seen earlier in this post. Not only does it have velcro backings on the chest, but the pattern itself looks different. More red brown and another brownish color not present in the earlier type.

Lithuania definitely doesn't wear this. It's Iraqi production only.

    Congrats!!
