The factory stamp on this uniform has the Elephant stamp so it was made in one of the SPETSODIAH factories - most likely in the Ukraine. Trident Military has some of these for sale and he calls them Ukrainian experimental patterns. http://www.tridentmilitary.com/New-Photos5/expukrainian1.jpg
It is interesting that the manufacturing stamp does not have any Specification numbers.
