Help me identify this item plz !!!!

So I recently got this rucksack from a old warehouse . I know its an issued item of the british army but i just couldn't identify it.
BTW i came from Hong Kong so it might be used only in the RHKR but who knows.

And I guest there should be a frame but I dont have it so if anyone know what type of rucksack is this and you know where the frame of it are,Let me know

Royal Marine Arctic Bergen - yes, there should be a specific tubular metal frame with it. It does NOT use the same metal frame as the Para Bergen or GS Bergen. It is not RHKR(V) issue (I served with them in mid-1980's) but probably left over from 3rd Raiding Sqn, Royal Marines when they were based there before the Handover.

Totally agree with filupe,RM Arctic Bergan ,1983 issue,very nice and hard to get hold of, even over here, so congrats on picking this Bergan up....nice one!!!
