Not seen a PU Barbour but have seen a goodly number of wax jackets made by Barbour although i don't think they were an issue item. All 1980's.

Cool I like it, super bright too.
I was not aware Barbour did DPM, but I suppose many outdoor wear companies must have had the odd dabble with DPM at one point or the other.

The Barbour DPM wax jackets had a similar tone to them but muted by the wax and after a short while they became very muted as the wax attracts every bit of dirt and dust and never lets it go
