    Missing some form of eppaulette badge(any ideas what these would be please) and also what the patch is on the right shoulder?

    The blue/WHITE patch is from : NATIONAAL TERRITORIAAL COMMANDO.
    The lion patch is: the personal coat of arms of the monarch of the Netherlands.
    The rank patch is a corporal.
    On the shoulders the used to be a metal(most of the times a round) insignia(like a medal)

    Thanks Marc,I will see if I can try to track down the missing badges.

    Also,as I a take it that this and the other BD Blouse I have are 100% original/unmessed with,how come both have those brown shoulder lanyards attached,one with a whistle?

    Not all lanyards are attached to 'something', many are just part of the prescribed dress but do not attach to anything.
