Yes a 1987 s shirt dutch army sports shirt.
The KL means: Koninklijke Landmacht translation: royal army.
shirt used by army/ navy/ airforce ect.

Shame its too small as I would have liked to wear it as kind of looks like an old/retro Holland football shirt.
