Its a customized m/964 Dólman made in one of the lizard patterns, his one has a reddish brown the its very nice.
Many soldiers removed the lower pockets but retained the pocket flaps as seen in this one.

Thanks for the information! Do you know why soldiers removed the pockets but kept the pocket flaps? Obviously that doesn't do much good to hold a pack of cigarettes or a bar of chocolate

The combat belt was used at the waist, usually at the flaps high so using the lower pockets was impossible. The flaps were used above the belt but I do not know why they were kept.
