Seen a few on eBay, There was one on there just the other day but quite steep price, I think it was £45+...I think they are being issued generally now, so might see some more pop up on eBay...

The Medium is good, loads of space, nice and loose...I'm only 5ft 5in so bang on for me...

Picked one of the issue ones up on Ebay recently.Brand new.Great bit of kit especially like the way it folds down into it's own chest pocket for stowage.
Only snag.The one I have is too small!!It's a 180/100(Large).I am 5"10 with a 42-43 chest so I guess an XL would fit me.What would be the next size up in the UK sizing system??
PS: If I can get a new one that fits I would be willing to sell or trade the one I have.

A bit puzzled though. 190 is for those 6ft or over yeah??So the XL would be longer as well as wider??There is no XL in the 180 height range?
