    I bought this medaillon/medal in the Philippines with the markings NAVAL FORES some navy like symbol and at the back it says: WAR MEMORIAL and 1 of the writings is maybe japanese.I try researh at the internet but could not find anything about it.
    Does anybody reconise the navy style symbol/emblem?Any info is welcome.

    I think its from the Korea war from the 1940/50ies.The writing and the anchor looks like korean style.
