Material seems odd,lightweight,ripstop.
Not sure if they are Goretex type as nothing at all like anything else I own material wise.

Nice, I have one of these but mine has a white label and is a trial garment...what's interesting with yours Octoberrust, it looks as if it went into being issued as it has a NSN?! Thought these were trialled but never went to being issued...too expensive?!
