Heh... never seen a pen stored like that! Neat.
Standard Belgian armed forces ripstop shirt, most likely produced after 2004 since it has a BELGIUM tape on it. (earlier ones were retrofitted). Rank slide is for Airforce, though not sure why the guy would be wearing the solid color vs. camouflage type. Maybe on base they wear the full color type.

Thanks Steve,thought it was Airforce but double checked as guy I got it off claimed it was Naval or Marine??
