That looks a lot like one of ADS Inc's camo patterns from the US Army trials.
Where did you find this? Would be interesting to get a set to study the pattern.

that's what I thought too, its being sold as kazak I think its just a knock off of the us4ces camo

That guy has been selling fantasy uniforms for a long time. As far as I know many of the items he currently lists have nothing to do with any sort of official military issue. I'd guess this one included.
